I would like to extend a personal invitation for you to become a member of the Ingleside Chamber of Commerce.   Exciting things are happening, and your business can certainly benefit in a variety of ways.   You have no doubt seen a considerable amount of press on the Chamber of late, as we continue to add programs and initiatives to our business benefits.   We have recently announced the formation of the Ingleside Economic Development Council, an 18 member panel consisting of members that represent most sectors of area business.  This Council will be working hard for your business as we move into the transitioning of Naval Station Ingleside.  Though the closure date is 2010, the economic impact will be felt long before as the ships are relocated to their new destination. We can help your business stay on top of the events BEFORE they occur and help you adjust proactively. 

We represent your business as a Legislative Advocate, attending various meetings at the city and state levels. We offer expert speakers on a variety of topics at our Chamber Monthly Luncheons, in an environment where you can network and meet new people in the area.  In the Fall, we will be rolling out our “Business Booster Breakfast Series”, which will feature local and area marketing experts on how to make your business stand out in the marketplace.  Our After Hours Mixers are a fun time to unwind and socialize with associates and prospective clients alike.  Additionally, we conduct several large scale special events each year that bring tourists to our area, and our new advertising campaign “Affordable Ingleside”, not only encourage tourists to stay, play and dine in our area, but also encourage city dwellers to consider Ingleside as their permanent home.
